Pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period are a uniquely special yet sensitive time. Research demonstrates that having a birth and postpartum doula can significantly improve health outcomes for both you and your baby. I am proud to offer comprehensive support throughout your entire journey – from pregnancy, through birth, and into the postpartum phase.

Birth Doula Support Package

Hiring a birth doula – a non-medical professional who provides support, education, and advocacy during pregnancy and childbirth – is beneficial at any stage. These services can be invaluable throughout your pregnancy, delivery and beyond.

A birth doula can enhance your birth experience and improve health outcomes for you and your baby, regardless of how your birth turns out. As your doula, I will guide you through pregnancy and provide personalized, hands-on support during labor and delivery. I work with all kinds of families and accommodate a wide range of birth settings.

What the package includes:

  • 1-2 prenatal meetings in order to get to know you and your partner/other support people. Prenatal meetings can include education, birth planning, comfort measures, learning about birth preferences/interventions and more. Completely tailored to your needs.
  • Full text, email and phone support during pregnancy and postpartum.
  • On-call from 38 weeks pregnancy and in-person labor support.
  • Access to materials from The Educated Birth.

Postpartum Doula Support Package

As your postpartum doula, I can provide unbiased, compassionate support for the entire family long after the baby’s arrival. My services extend well beyond the birth, ensuring new parents receive the care and assistance they need during the crucial postpartum period.

What the package includes:

  • One prenatal meeting to learn more about what to expect during postpartum and develop your own personal postpartum plan (similar to a birth plan). Your postpartum plan can include essentials like how you will feed yourself to more thoughtful questions like boundaries you will need for your recovery and parenting choices.
  • Doula care hours-in home support during your transition to parenthood. Care can include; managing your recovery, advice on taking care of baby, feeding, light housework, cooking, laundry, emotional support and more.
  • Access to materials from The Educated Birth.
  • Full text, email and phone support during your postpartum period.
  • Priority when booking doula care hours after your birth.

Number of doula care hours can range from 2-20 (or more!). Packages start at less than $200. A la carte doula hours also available.

I do not currently offer overnight services.
