Prenatal Yoga Classes

Relaxation and stress reduction have a positive effect on pregnancy and birth outcomes. Prenatal yoga has been shown to be an effective and safe way to do both. This in-person class setting will help you to create community, meet other pregnant people and share this unique and powerful experience.

Regular prenatal yoga can help you gain strength, flexibility and relief from common pregnancy ailments. Postures learned will energize your pregnancy and give you concrete ways to help prepare for your birth. We will explore breathing exercises, positions and other useful techniques for labor. Birth preparation handouts as well as prenatal and postpartum resources included.

It is recommended that you wait until after 14 weeks gestation before practicing prenatal yoga. Space is limited.

6-week series: $85 +tax
4-week series: $60 +tax
