The postures you learn will energize you throughout your pregnancy and equip you with practical techniques to prepare for childbirth. We&#8217;ll explore breathing exercises, birthing positions, and other valuable labor techniques. You&#8217;ll also receive handouts on birth preparation as well as resources for the prenatal and postpartum periods.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is recommended to wait until after 14 weeks gestation before practicing prenatal yoga.
